T&C's 

At Guys and Dolls, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50%. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and the same 50% fee applied. We understand that life happens—unexpected events and traffic delays are sometimes unavoidable. However, this policy is in place to respect the time and efforts of our dedicated staff and to ensure fairness to all clients.

Patch Test 

For your safety and in line with legal guidelines, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any hair colouring service (including Hughletts tints) and selected beauty treatments such as lash tinting and eyebrow tinting.

Patch tests must be renewed every 6 months, or sooner if there have been any changes to your medical history, health, or medications, as these may affect your sensitivity to products.

Failure to complete a valid patch test within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

As a duty of care to our clients, and in accordance with our salon policy, we are unable to carry out these treatments without a current patch test on file.
